Locals gathered on Thursday afternoon to mark the grand opening of Chattanooga Brewing Company's new tasting room.

The brewery, which was originally started in 1890, closed in 1915 only to be re-opened by co-owners Jonathan Clark and Mark Marcum in 2010.

Tasting hours for the brewery are Thursday and Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m. The beer is also available at dozens of local restaurants.
