Bluewater Grille recently became the first restaurant in Chattanooga to receive green certification from the Tennessee Hospitality Association.
The restaurant, known for its made-from-scratch cuisine and welcoming atmosphere, has made drastic changes in its operations process in order to promote sustainability and shrink its environmental footprint, officials said.
“We are so proud to have received this certification from the Tennessee Hospitality Association,” general manager Colin Woodcook said. “The Chattanooga community as a whole is developing a stellar reputation when it comes to being sustainable and environmentally conscious. We are happy to play our part in this movement to go green."
