MAU Workforce Solutions is hosting a job fair on Tuesday, Aug. 7 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to fill 100 automotive assembler positions in Chattanooga.
Positions pay $10-$11 an hour.
The event will be held at the Holiday Inn, located at 2232 Center St. (close to Hamilton Place Mall).
All applicants must submit to a background check and drug screen. Job fair attendees will be interviewed on a first-come-first-served basis for consideration in the available positions. Applicants are also encouraged to apply online and schedule an interview prior to the job fair at www.mau.com/chattanoogajobs. Doing so will expedite the interview process, officials said. Walk-ins are also welcome.
MAU Workforce Solutions reminds interested applicants that one year of stable work history is required and that experience working in a process-oriented environment is highly preferred. Qualified applicants would possess the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and a willingness to learn/adapt to various job duties.
