For the first artist in its Diane Marek Visiting Artist Series, the Crest Gallery of Art at the UTC Fine Arts Center hosts Matthew Deleget. The exhibit, which opened yesterday and runs through Dec. 7, spotlights the Brooklyn-based artist’s reductive abstraction style—an approach to painting that the artist explains blends conceptual, installation and process strategies. Tonight’s program includes a lecture and an informal reception.
