Your voice for equal pay
The Paycheck Fairness Act has had a long history of working its way through Congress. The bill, which at last count was short of the 60 votes to override a filibuster in the Senate, would broaden the Equal Pay Act of 1963 with a slew of measures targeting barriers to information about wage discrepancies and access to negotiating skills for higher wages and offer protection from company retaliation.
