Chattanooga's North Shore Yoga announced Monday its plans to rebrand the studio as Hot Yoga Plus.
The change will not affect the classes, teachers or day-to-day activities, according to a prepared statement.
Hot Yoga Plus already has locations in Nashville, Cool Springs, Brentwood, Hendersonville and Memphis. With their memberships, clients can use any of the Hot Yoga Plus locations in Tennessee.
The studio conversion should be completed by March, officials said.
“We are honored to have North Shore Yoga join the Hot Yoga Plus community,” Susannah Herring, owner of Hot Yoga Plus, said in a prepared statement. “We sincerely appreciate the continuing contributions of North Shore Yoga’s instructors and students, as they are essential to our vision of providing more yoga to more people throughout the Southeast.”
The change will bring about aesthetic studio modifications and updated marketing materials, but no other changes to the current management, staff, class schedule or pricing will be made, officials said.
Hot Yoga Plus will offer a free day of class on Saturday, March 2, and champagne and cupcakes will be served from 4 to 6 p.m.
