Rogers went missing just days before he was supposed to leave for his next assignment. Rogers had last been seen on Feb. 3 at The Electric Cowboy. That’s when friends and family members said he seemed to have disappeared into thin air.
Rogers served in the Army overseas in places like Iraq and Germany. He was known for his reliability and dedication, according to those close to him.
He went out with friends frequently at The Electric Cowboy.

Some men fishing along the Tennessee River spotted Rogers’ dead body floating Saturday afternoon.
