Tennessee head football coach Butch Jones will be the guest speak for the 2013 Lunch for Champions at the Orange Grove Center on Tuesday. The annual event, which is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., honors those who contribute to the center, or who are “champions” for showing support for the center.

Jones, who was hired by the University of Tennessee in late 2012, owns a 50-27 record in six seasons as a collegiate head coach.

Past speakers for the Orange Grove event include former Governor Don Sundquist, former UT coaches Phil Former, Johnny Majors and Bruce Pearl, along with UTC coaches Rodney Allison, Russ Huesman, Wes Moore and John Shulman.

Orange Grove, established in 1953, is a private, non-profit organization serving adults and children with developmental disabilities. Orange Grove serves approximately 700 individuals, and employs over 800 professional staff members to provide a wide array of community services.

Lunch for Champions is a free event, but is by invitation only. In addition to honoring the many supporters of Orange Grove Center, the 2013 luncheon is also a part of Orange Grove’s 60th anniversary celebration.
