Tennessee's continual water war with Georgia received national attention Wednesday night, being featured on a segment on "The Daily Show."

Daily Show correspondent Al Madrigal interviewed residents of both Dade County and Chattanooga to discuss the conflict, comparing it to Israel-Palestine disputes.

"It has gotten so bad they refuse to see each other as human," Madrigal says.

Madrigal's reporting also revealed Georgians hold lower opinions of Tennesseans after last year's "butt chugging" episode at the University of Tennessee. At one point, the reporter offers Nashville Rep. Jason Powell a beer and "privacy."

"I'm good, thanks," Powell replies.
