Surprise, foodies! The fourthScenic City Supper Club has been announced.

The winter SCSC event offers guests a chance to enjoy a fine dining experience under the dramatic grand dome in the lobby of The Chattanooga Choo-Choo hotel.

Dinner Under the Dome will be on Sunday, Jan. 31 and feature Chef Matt Bolus from Nashville’s The 404 Kitchen.

Tickets are $135 per person. They will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 16 at this link.

Bolus will be joined by three local chefs: Rebecca Barron (St. John’s Restaurant), Nathan Flynt (2 Sons Kitchen) and Jeremy Vasterling (Main Street Meats). Other guests include mixologist Brian Lindsay (Hush).

Dinner Under the Dome is limited to 60 attendees. The ticket price includes a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m., followed by an intimate, multi-course dinner. Beer and wine will also be served throughout the evening.

Though the menu is still being finalized, guests can expect “dishes to highlight the winter season with a throwback to the glory days of hotel culture and food,” according to a release from SCSC.

The event is sponsored byHarvested Here Food HubandField & Flora Design Co.

Formed by Easy Bistro co-owners Erik and Amanda Niel, the SCSC seeks to support collaboration among local chefs, mixologists and artisans while highlighting Chattanooga as a food destination.

The fall version of SCSC was held outdoors at Cloudcrest Farms. The meal was curated by Local Milk blogger Beth Kirby and featured local color and flavor fromField & Flora Design Co.,Southern Sqweeze,Brash CoffeeandSequatchie Cove Creamery.
