Gallery for a Night
A monthly pop-up gallery returns to Barking Legs Theater tonight with a showcase of many local artists and their artwork. The gallery is designed as a fire sale of pieces at deeply discounted, affordable prices. Each artist is encouraged to bring as much work as possible to display throughout the building. Eight local artists will be featured during the event: Meri Wright, Kayla Cloonan, Jody Harris, Genie Earle-Carter, Loren Howard, Claire Bloomfield, Mary Hamby and Brianna Bass. Admission is free. An evening with Cracker
Cracker is an American alternative rock band from California with elements of rock, punk, country, blues and folk blended into their sound. The band released their 10th studio album, called “Berkeley to Bakersfield,” in 2014. Led by David Lowery and Johnny Hickman, Cracker has sparked several radio hits, including “Low,” “Euro-Trash Girl,” “Get Off This” and “Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out With Me.” Tickets are $20.
