McKamey Animal Center: Name your own price adoptions
Black Friday is typically reserved for mad scrambles at the mall, arguments over useless toys and the hunt for special bargains. But what about the animals? McKamey Animal Center is offering a "name your own price" adoption event Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Not only do you get to adopt an outstanding new family member, but you can find a multitude of gift ideas for other family members as well. Tone Harm at Revelry Room
Every year, a Chattanooga-based collective called Tone Harm reunites for a one-off performance at the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, the group will perform at Revelry Room Friday night at 9. The three-headed DJs promise to "bring the rawkus," as they have for years. It doesn't get any more "Chattanooga" than Tone Harm, as the band first came up with the idea to form in 2005 at Lamar's Restaurant. This concert will be a good way to lose some weight after all that turkey. Admission is $7. Click here for tickets.

Small Business Saturday local craft fair
The third annual Small Business Saturday craft fair returns to The Public Library Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This year's event is even larger than before—there will be with more vendors, giveaways, coffee, door prizes and more. The event is part of American Express' Small Business Saturday, which was started in 2010 as a way to combat Black Friday and ensure our local shops have a presence in the holiday shopping market. UTC Mocs football at Finley
The UTC Mocs welcome Weber State to Finley Stadium Saturday for a first-round Football College Championship playoffs. The game is set for 2 p.m., and tickets are available. Reserved seats are $25; general admission tickets are $15. The first 500 student tickets are free and available at the UTC ticket office with a current ID. Saturday's game could be the final time the UTC Mocs visit Finley Stadium this year. Click here for more information.

Goo Goo Dolls at Tivoli
The only thing better than leftover turkey is, as you know, a Goo Goo Dolls concert. The legendary alternative rock band will perform at the Tivoli Theatre Saturday night with opener SafetySuit. Since forming in 1986, the Goo Goo Dolls have become a household name with songs such as "Name," "Iris," "Slide," "Broadway" and "Here Is Gone."
