-The Well hosts an open mic every Monday night. A kids version is at 6:30 p.m., followed by a regular open mic program at 8. The Well is located at 1800 Rossville Ave.

Improv Chattanooga will perform at Barking Legs Theater at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $8 at the door.

UTC hosts the final day of the Southern Scuffle wrestling tournament from 10 a.m. through 8 p.m. at McKenzie Arena. Tickets are $20-$30 for the entire day.

Tuesday
-Mike McDade hosts an open mic every Tuesday at Tremont Tavern at 9 p.m. Sign up to perform, or enjoy listening to what has become one of the most popular open mics in the city.

Wednesday
Barking Legs Theater presents Wednesday Night Jazz. Admission is free. Showtime is 8-10 p.m.

-Mayor Andy Berke will host an event called Bring It On 2017 at The Daily Ration. Tickets are $20.

Improv Chattanooga performs at The Comedy Catch at 7:30 p.m. The 90-minute show features both short- and long-form improv. Admission is $10.

-JJ’s Bohemia hosts Free Kittens Comedy Showcase every Wednesday at 8 p.m. Admission is free. It’s also Ian Sharp’s fake birthday party.

Thursday
Creative Discovery Museum offers a sensory-free night for children with a sensory sensitivity. Admission is free, but reservations are required. The event is from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Art + Issues returns with a spoken word poetry session featuring Erika Roberts-Blackmon. The 6-7 p.m. event is free and open to the public.

Back Alley Productions will host auditions for an upcoming performance of “The Playboy of the Western World.”

Friday
The Marcus King Band performs at Revelry Room. Admission is $10. Showtime is 9 p.m.

Ashley and the X’s return to JJ’s Bohemia with Josh Driver and Sunsap. Showtime is 9:30 p.m.
