Today’s last two inbound and outbound Delta flights at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport have been canceled because of weather conditions anticipated in Atlanta. 

This will also affect air travel out of Chattanooga tomorrow morning. 

American Airlines Flight No. 4116, scheduled for an 8:15 p.m. departure from Chattanooga, has also been canceled.

“We always encourage passengers to check with their airlines shortly before traveling to any destination,” airport spokesman Albert Waterhouse said in an email. 

As of 2:52 p.m., Chattanooga airport officials announced American Airlines flight No. 5508, scheduled for a 4:02 p.m. departure from Chattanooga, headed to Charlotte, has been canceled. 

Additionally, United Airlines has canceled the last two inbound flights tonight-No. 4132 from Newark, New Jersey, scheduled to arrive at 10:24 p.m., and No. 4316 from Chicago, scheduled to arrive at 9:42 p.m.

Tomorrow morning’s first two outbound flights to Chicago and Newark, flight Nos. 4309 and 4171, respectively, have also been canceled.
