Chattanooga’s Brock Insurance Agency is celebrating 54 years of helping businesses and individuals with insurance needs, plus welcoming a new generation of leaders.
“We are so proud to have been part of this great community for 54 years, and it’s truly exciting to see where our business is today,” President Mark Brock said in a prepared statement. “The next generation of leaders within our agency continues to push us into new areas we never thought possible.”
Brock said the insurance industry has a huge age gap where principals and owners are nearing retirement, but his team is fortunate that their agency leadership is secure for the next 30 to 50 years.
Partners Trae Vaughan, Ramsey Brock, Keith Davis and Justin White, along with young producers John Brock and Tucker Compton, are bringing new solutions to an agency that has roots in the early ’60s. The company has made it a priority to continually evolve and explore new ways to serve their customers, according to a news release.
“Competition is extremely tough in Chattanooga, and if you don’t stay ahead of the curve, you will fall behind fast,” Vice President of Marketing and Operations Ramsey Brock said in a prepared statement. “This is our legacy, and our customers appreciate the fact that we stay on top of the latest advances to ensure their risks are covered properly.”
Company leaders attribute their success to the foundation they have built over the past 50 years and to staying loyal to their customers.
