Art + Issues at Hunter Museum
The next version of Art + Issues at the Hunter Museum of American Art will partner with Coming to America: The Story of Us, a collective of immigrants in Chattanooga. Sasa Hasanbegovic will lead a dialogue on ways to grow as a welcoming community. The program also highlights the museum’s latest exhibit, “Our America: The Latino Presence in American Art.” Admission is free.

The Chattery: Three-year anniversary
For three years, The Chattery has partnered with local experts to offer a variety of interesting, fun classes. The group celebrates three years tonight at Dish T’ Pass Grab & Go Café. According to the event description, the party is a chance “to celebrate our teachers, students and supporters who continue to help us spread our mission of cultivating a community of learners.” DJ MCPRO will perform, champagne will be served, and beer will be available for purchase.
