Pops on the River
Chattanooga Presents will once again offer up a patriotic event to celebrate Independence Day. The annual Pops on the River is tonight in Coolidge Park. As always, bring your blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy a patriotic concert from the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera, along with a performance by Operation Song and veteran songwriters. The biggest fireworks display in Chattanooga will begin at 9:45 p.m.

Independence Day in Collegedale 
Collegedale will also celebrate Independence Day this evening with plenty of activities to keep you busy. Beginning at 5 p.m., guests can enjoy music from Matt Chancey, the Von Wamps and Sawyer Fredericks. Fredericks was the season eight winner of NBC’s “The Voice.” The patriotic portion of the evening begins at 8 p.m., featuring live music from the East Tennessee Symphony Orchestra.
