Tickets are available for the third annual Station Street Sip & Savor, an evening of gustatory revelry at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo.
The event-July 22 from 5 to 9 p.m.-will feature five local chefs creating delicious food using live fire grills, more than 60 featured beverages and live music in the gardens.
Admission is $49 and VIP tickets are $74 through July 21. A designated driver ticket is $20. The latter ticket allows patrons to enjoy food samples without the alcohol.
General tickets include admission to the event, a souvenir tasting glass, and all food and beverage samples. The VIP ticket includes a commemorative wine glass, early entry into the event and a wine tasting.
Springer Mountain Farms selected this year’s featured chefs from participants in their Celebrate the Chef program, whichhighlights chefs throughout the Southeast.
Participating chefs are Eric Fulkerson (Bald Headed Bistro), Charlie Loomis (The Feed Co. Table & Tavern), Dao Le (Eleven Restaurant and DoubleTree Hotel), Burt “Eric” Brown (The Flying Squirrel) and Hardin Cowen (Terra Màe and The Dwell Hotel).
Each chef will create their own chicken dish for the event. Options include smoked grilled chicken breasts glazed with Carolina barbecue sauce and celery root slaw, fried chicken thighs with Hoff + Pepper “Mean Green” aioli, and tequila lime wings with margarita-pickledjalapeños.
