Chattanooga Lookouts at home
The Chattanooga Lookouts are at home against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp this weekend. Friday night's game is Fireworks Friday, which means fireworks immediately following the game. For the first time, Saturday night's game will feature the athletic displays of XPogo—an extreme pogo team. The weekend wraps up with an autograph session following Sunday's game. By the way, the Lookouts are in first place in the Southern League North Division. The Jumbo Shrimp are in first place in the South. It should be a great weekend. Click here for tickets.

Foxygen at Nightfall
When the annual Nightfall concert series is announced, a few "wow" bands stick out. Foxygen is one of those bands. Foxygen plays an experimental rock that pays tribute to the garage rock of the 1960s and early 1970s. Their 2013 album "We Are the 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace & Magic" was hailed as one of the best of the year by many publications. Watch them perform "Follow the Leader" below. Redneck Cruise on the Southern Belle
A redneck-themed cruise will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga. Guests will enjoy a cash bar, dancing and prizes. Winners of a "best redneck outfit" costume contest will win two tickets to the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway Aug. 19. Admission is $15 in advance or $20 at the door. All proceeds will help families at the local Ronald McDonald House. The event is for guests 21 and up. Redneck attire includes cutoff denim, baseball caps, flannel, large belt buckles, work boots, Wrangler jeans and NASCAR-themed clothing. Click here for tickets.

Chattanooga Roller Girls: Summer Slam'Her
The Chattanooga Roller Girls are back for another home bout at the Chattanooga Convention Center Saturday. The doors open at 6 p.m.; the match is at 7. They will face the Tragic City Rollers from Birmingham, Alabama. Proceeds from the bout benefit the Orange Grove Center, which has served adults and children with intellectual disabilities since 1953. Click here for tickets.

Chattanooga Strong concert
City officials recently announced a community concert to observe the two-year anniversary of the terrorist attacks in Chattanooga. Chattanooga Strong will be Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Hubert Fry Center along the Tennessee Riverwalk. The concert will honor and celebrate the lives of the Fallen Five—four Marines and a Navy officer who were killed in 2015. Guests can expect a moment of silence, crafts, river paddling, food trucks and activities for kids. Live music will be provided by Subkonscious and The Scarlet Love Conspiracy.
