The next Scenic City Supper Club will be held at one of Chattanooga’s most scenic outdoor locations.

The Lula Lake Summer Social will be Aug. 20 at the scenic Lula Lake overlook. Guests will enjoy a four-course meal in the style of a gourmet summer picnic.

Guest chef David Bancroft from Acre Restaurant in Auburn, Alabama, will join chef Erik Niel (Easy Bistro & Bar, Main Street Meats) and others to create the meal.

Tickets go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. Admission is $165 per person, including drinks. A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to the Lula Lake Land Trust.

Only 150 seats are available. Click here for ticket information.

At 6:30 p.m., welcome drinks from Raven Humphrey, bartender at St. John’s Restaurant, will start. At 7:30, the collaborative dinner will be served with the help of chef Randall Gresham Jr. (Easy Bistro & Bar), chef Billy Sparks (Café 7), Kent Davis (Julie Darling Donuts) and Humphrey.

Niel and Bancroft will lead the dinner. Bancroft is “known for showcasing sustainable, local ingredients in a unique Southern style.” He was also a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef in the South 2016 and 2017.
