World’s Longest Yard Sale
Numerous vendors are gathering atop Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain for the annual 127 Yard Sale, dubbed the World’s Longest Yard Sale. This year’s sale officially began Thursday and continues through Sunday. Beginning locally along Lookout Mountain Parkway, the trail travels through downtown Chattanooga along Highway 127 to Signal Mountain to Dunlap. A Tennessee map is available here. The Chattanooga area is also home to several “major vendor” collectives—many of which contain 30 to 45 vendors at one location. Click here for a full breakdown.
