Trae Crowder (the “Liberal Redneck”) will be joined by comedians Drew Morgan and Corey Ryan Forrester. The trio has been touring the country in support of their book, “Liberal Redneck Manifesto: Draggin’ Dixie Outta the Dark.”

The book “confronts the confederacy of dumbasses, tackling everything people think they know about the South, the good, the bad, the glorious and the shameful, in a laugh-out-loud funny and lively manifesto for the rise of a New South.”

During the 2016 presidential campaign, Crowder earned national attention for his videos portraying his self-proclaimed “liberal redneck” point of view. His short videos have touched on subjects such as transgender bathrooms, Ted Cruz, Donald Trump and the confusing philosophical beliefs of both parties.

According to a release, this year’s tour is about celebrating “everything great about the South and telling stories from a place of love … It’s about loving your neighbor whether you have the same religion, skin color or sexual preference, as long as they cheer for the same college football team … It is about leaving behind bigotry, but remembering the fried okra.”
