Chattanoogans expressed shock and sadness Monday morning as they woke to the news that a lone gunman had killed at least 50 people in Las Vegas in the worst mass shooting in United States history.

A West Tennessee man is reportedly among the victims who was killed when the shooter took aim from the 32nd floor of a hotel. He fired into a crowd of about 22,000 people who were at a country music concert.
