Levitt AMP Music Series
Electro funk band All Cows Eat Grass will perform as part of the Levitt AMP Music Series tonight at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center. The Tennessee natives started as producers and music directors for Grammy nominee Janelle Monáe. Now, they offer a mix of tribal, funky, electro trap music. Aaron Cowan exhibit
Artist Residency Chattanooga will present an opening reception called “Laughing and Screaming” featuring the art of Aaron Cowan tonight. The event is from 6 to 8 p.m. at Swine Gallery. According to a release, Cowan’s work is “a reflection on growing up and living in the South [and] crisscrossing borders of reality and fantasy, danger and safety, destruction and beauty.” Click here for more information.
