Local beer and music enthusiasts are invited to visit Songbirds Guitar Museum after work Friday.
Rhythm & Boos is a spinoff of the museum’s first beer-themed event—Rhythm & Brews—featuring a Friday the 13th beer tasting, live music and more.
The party begins at 7:30 p.m. and features live music from Amber Carrington. The party lasts until 10:30 p.m.
Tickets are $20 and include tastings from four breweries, including OddStory and Hutton & Smith.

Rising country star Carrington is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter and a semifinalist on the fourth season of NBC’s “The Voice.”
The name of these events is a not-so-subtle nod to the former Rhythm & Brews venue on Market Street. Former owner Mike Dougher is now a talent buyer for the museum. Located at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo, the museum boasts the largest private collection of rare vintage guitars anywhere.
