National fitness franchise Burn Boot Camp, which focuses on workouts for women, is opening a Lee Highway location Jan. 8.

“The workout clients receive at Burn Boot Camp is effective and empowering, and we’re excited for Chattanooga residents to try it out firsthand,” owner Amber Miller said in a news release. “The sense of community our clients experience is unique and palpable. Seeing people from various fitness levels come together and support each other during the camps is amazing.”

Each camp involves a 45-minute circuit-style workout composed of 72 styles and 15 formats.

Community members are invited to the business’ grand opening Jan. 7 at 2 p.m.

The event includes a tour facility, training demonstration and testimonials from women who have found success with the boot camp, according to a news release.

Those who attend the orientation event will also receive a free 30-day membership.

Members are not required to register for camps in advance to reserve a spot.

All sessions before 5 p.m. are only available to women, and free child care is available for mothers during workout sessions.
