Type(s) of positions: Adrenaline Therapy Specialist a.k.a. guide. Initially, this role will be part-time and seasonal with the possibility of becoming full-time.

Needed qualifications: 

—The Adrenaline Therapy Specialists need to quickly become experts about our unique and innovative products in order to help customers acquire new skills and have fun playing in a safe environment.

—Significant experience with at least one athletic activity (e.g. tennis), preferably outdoors (e.g. whitewater rafting, ziplining, ATV tours, rock climbing, etc.) and above average capability in at least one more (e.g., trail running, soccer, etc.) is important.

—ASI is looking for a well-rounded adventurer with the demonstrated depth of knowledge and mastery in at least two (preferably more) activities, who’s willing and able to quickly learn new abilities.

—Excellent skills in customer service and people skills—especially patience when dealing with customers and managing customer expectations while delivering a high quality and safe experience—are needed.

—A successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to follow operations procedures and processes and will be a great team player with strong verbal communications skills.

—Additional desired skills include social media and videography, knowledge of Chattanooga area parks and waterways, group presentation experience.
Compensation details: $10-$12 per hour, depending on qualifications
