Downtown vintage and consignment store Bettieville is closing at the end of June.

Entrepreneur Andie Sellers opened the Martin Luther King Boulevard shop last summer.

Recently, she announced on Facebook that she’s having a closing sale and moving on to other ventures.

According to the Facebook post:

Bettieville on MLK will be closing the doors for good. To write this description makes me tear up in every emotion possible, cause I absolutely LOVE this shop. I put a ton of sweat, work and love into this shop. Now it’s time for me to move on in life…
On this day we will celebrate Bettieville’s existence with beers and loud music! I would LOVE to see everyone that has supported Bettieville in all possible ways.
Let’s turn this party up!!!

The store is offering clearance sales and drew in customers at Monday’s Bessie Smith Strut.

The last day the store will be open is June 30 and anything left on that day will be on sale for $1, according to the business’ Facebook page.
