Two vastly different performances have been added to the Tivoli Theatre’s schedule.
Jason Isbell will return to Chattanooga with his band, the 400 Unit, April 22. Legendary band Chicago will visit the theater May 16.
Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. Prices will be announced soon.

Formed in 1967, Chicago’s music has been on the airways for 50 years. A list of hit songs includes “You’re the Inspiration,” “Make Me Smile,” “Saturday in the Park,” “Hard to Say I’m Sorry,” “Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?” and dozens more.

Jason Isbell has been called the emerging songwriter of a generation by fans of singer-songwriter music.
No stranger of Chattanooga, Isbell will return to promote his full band album, “The Nashville Sound,” released in June. The album highlights the theme of injustice on songs such as “White Man’s World” and “Hope the High Road.” Other standout tracks include “Last of My Kind” and “If We Were Vampires.”
