Have you ever wanted to live in downtown Chattanooga?

River City Company presents a self-guided tour of downtown living on Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m.

The free tour includes 14 properties (apartments and condos) for exploring and 12 downtown eateries will offer post-tour specials.

Guests can ride the free Gray Line Tennessee trolley to each location. The trolley will run every 15-20 minutes. The tour is self-guided, so guests can also walk, bike, drive or use the free Downtown Electric Shuttle to visit the properties.

Admission is free. Early registration is encouraged.

The tour begins in Miller Plaza at 850 Market St. Guests are required to check-in where they will receive a tour passport, tote bag and stickers for discounts.

After at least 3 stamps are collected, guests can enter a prize pack including 4 tickets to the Tennessee Aquarium, the Chattanooga Lookouts and High Point Climbing.

Participating eateries are listed here. A full list of tour locations is below.
