A new women’s clothing and accessory boutique is now open on Frazier Avenue.

The location of the new business, called Milk, was previously occupied by Frankie and Julian’s.

Local businesswoman Starr Card purchased the Northshore establishment in June 2017 from Suzanne Bishop West, who owned the location for over a decade, according to a news release.

“Milk was designed to give women an uplifting, intimate shopping experience in an environment they can feel comfortable in,” Card said in a prepared statement. “Clothes are not what define us, but I am a firm believer in the power of a killer outfit.”

Card wanted to bring her vision to life in the space and curate a collection for women of labels she loves while also offering a warm and welcoming space for women to shop, according to the news release.

She is excited to unveil the boutique as a modern source for feminine inspiration and sophisticated, unique styles from designers near and far.

Fashion is fluid, taking the shape of the moment you’re living in now,” Card said. “I wanted the store to represent a pure aesthetic with sophisticated style that isn’t overtly trend focused.”

Shoppers can expect to find many brands such as Ripley Rader, Byron Lars, Michael Stars, Lilla P, Schutz and much more at the newly launched boutique according to a news release.

Stylists will work with clients one on one to elevate wardrobes and put together looks women can feel confident and comfortable in, according to the release.

Milk is located at 330 Frazier Avenue.
