Each week, the Photo of the Day will feature a photo from the Chattanooga Public Library and The Chattanooga Memory Project.

The Cameron Hill Garden Club worked to beautify Boynton Park, placed flowers in the Old Ladies Home and held flower shows. In 1931, they created this rock garden with a tiny waterfall on the hill next to the fire department on Cameron Hill.

The Chattanooga Memory Project was created by the Chattanooga Public Library to capture the city’s history from the perspective of individuals, including current and former residents and visitors to the Scenic City.
